1What if my item doesn’t vend?
All our machines are hooked up to a wifi network enabling us to communicate with them from anywhere in the world… If you item doesn’t vend for any reason, please call 1300 883 558 and we can remote in and see if we can get it fixed. If we aren’t able to resolve the issue remotely, we will issue a full refund or a replacement item.
2Got distracted and didn’t get your product out the machine after it vended?
This has been known to happen, and for safety reasons, our machine will lock the door a few minutes after the item has vended. If you didn’t get your product out in time, please call us and we can remotely unlock the door for you.
3I bought something and I’m not happy with my purchase?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand that we aren’t there to answer any questions, so if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please call 1300 883 558 or email us at hello@allrealfood.com.au and we can organize a replacement item or refund.
4I can’t wait to try your food… Where can I find your vending machines?
Our vending machines are located at universities, hospitals and office building around Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. For a full list of our locations, please click here.
5How often are the vending machines stocked?
Our machines are stocked each morning Monday to Friday and some sites are also stocked on a Saturday morning so you know your food is as fresh as possible.
6How do your salads stay so fresh?
This is a question we get asked a lot and here are a few of our secrets…

Layering…
By layering our salad ingredients in the jar, we keep the heavy ingredients at the bottom and the light leafy greens fresh at the top, everything stays fresh.

Lemon juice…
We use freshly squeezed lemon juice to keep ingredients like avocado and apple for oxidizing and going brown... No nasty preservatives in our jars.


Dressing Cups…
All our salad dressings are served in dressing cups so they don't wilt the leafy greens and you can add as much or as little as you want to your salad or wrap…Yes our wraps have dressings too!!
7Dietary requirements, allergies and nutritional information… I can’t eat certain things, how do I know what’s in each jar?
The ingredients, nutritional information and allergens are available on the Point Of Sale Screen so you can review them before purchasing. We try to cater for as many dietary requirements as possible including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and grain free.
8I’m celiac, are your gluten free products suitable for me?
All of our gluten free jars are prepared in a separate area of the kitchen to ensure there is no cross contamination, so you can be sure they are suitable for celiacs #nocrumbshere
9Help, I don’t know how to use a computer, how do I order?
If you need any assistance using the Point Of Sale touch screen, please call us on 1300 883 558 and we are more than happy to help you or place the order for you ☺
10What payment methods do you accept?
Our cashless payment system accepts Paypass, Paywave, Eftpos on all major credit and debit cards. Simply follow the promos on the eftpos machine. We don’t accept AMEX.
11How many items can I vend in one transaction?
Unlike most vending machines, you have the ability to select up to 6 items in one transaction. Once you have one item on your bill, simply select the next menu category (e.g. drinks) and you can keep adding until you reach max vend capacity.
12How does your loyalty program work?
We love to reward our loyal customers so if you scan your card with every purchase, your 10th salad, wrap or winter warmer will be free. At every purchase, we will tell you how many to go until your free salad. If you register your loyalty card on our website, we will also give you a free item on your birthday which can be redeemed at any time. You can request a loyalty card here or they can be found at most Self Service Cafes.

14What if my favourite menu item has been discontinued?
We like to mix things up a bit and from time to time. We might remove a product to make space for something else… If your favourite product has been removed from the menu, please email us at hello@allrealfood.com.au and we will see what we can do about bringing it back in!
15What happens to any unsold food?
We hate food waste, and we do everything we can to make sure our food waste is as close to zero as possible. Any unsold jars from the vending machines are brought back to headquarters and collected by the wonderful team at OzHarvest. OzHarvest do an amazing job at delivering our healthy nutritious food to where it is needed most on the day. Our jars go to places like Ronald McDonald House, Woman’s Shelters and Food Banks. We are always looking for great locations for our machines. If you think your workplace or location will sell more than 40 jars a day, please contact us on 1300 883 558 or email hello@allrealfood.com.au and we can organize a site visit. At the moment we are only able to service Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast but are taking requests for Sydney and Melbourne with a view to being able to supply there in the next few months.
